Probably do Prime rib or Chateaubriand !

Not sure about the last three since others are bringing those. As well as champagne, wine, and as yet to be decided after dinner drink.

I get to be a guest this year, but did get the nod to do the wine selections...

So we have a maggy of 2001 Vieille Cure, 07 Luca Chard, and 08 Kumeu River Chard to start things off...

Haven't decided yet on the menu, but I have 8 bottles of Ripple and 16 bottles of Boones Farm on ice especially for the occasion.
