Mmm, how I like it ... looks like a meteorite on the outside, but pink and tender on the inside!

My wife is first generation Greek (i think its a greek thing.... it has to be greek thing ), all beef has to be medium rare. IOW, I didn't measure the inside temp.

It started out at 9 lbs.

once its all black and "burnt" looking on the outside, I know its done.

anyone interested in seeing one of my lamb rotisseries?

I am not sure if I am a big fan of lamb but if it looks as good as this roast, yeah I want to see it!

Got it. I'll convert to temps based on size and time.

Would love to see lamb.
