If you live in or around Portland, OR or visit there you need to check out Fire On The Mountain. They have all different types of wings available, and they at least used to have my favorite IPA - Terminal Gravity - on tap!

If you like hot and spice the "El Jefe's" will give you your fix. We used to make everyone who went with us for the first time eat at least one as a right of passage!

Here are the types of wings they have available:

Mild~Medium~Hot~ Extra Hot~ El Jefe~ Sweet BBQ~
Jamaican Jerk~“Soon to be Famous Spicy Peanut”~
Raspberry Habanero~Bourbon Chipotle~
Buffalo Lime Cilantro
And ask about our featured sauces of the month!

We had a friend who could eat the entire order of a dozen El Jefe's which to me was both amazing and insane!

It's a fun place if you like wings, and probably the best in the NW US - highly recommended!

My go to insane hot sauce, and then I always say to myself when I'm done "Why did I do this to myself". On the label this it states this stuff strips paint.

I don't care for them with the drippy red sauces. Give me the ones with the dry rub anytime. I want the heat to build with each one you eat and not burn your mouth with the first bite. In the end neither one of you really wants to eat that last wing on the plate.

We're on the same page Jim. For me it is always the flavor of the heat. As with any great Thai or Indian well prepared, you end up eating far hotter things than you ever imagined possible because the heat brings out the intense and often very complex flavors of the dish.

Macho hot, or hot for hot's sake isn't for me.

I van I lot em hot, but not Dave's HOT that stuff is frigin hot!

I did on a dare 10 years ago a tablespoon straight up. Thought I needed to go to the ER!

Anyway we have stuff in hotter i nCody, but I can not post the name of it since it is a 4 letter word.

I have tested it and your ears ring and you sneeze within 10 secs, then your tongue starts to bleed.

so to recap, I lot hot, like Lousina Hot Sauce brand type hot and some garlic as dan says too. And very good chunky Blue Cheese to boot
