Giusespo70 and vinod_david,
Thank you much for the warm welcome.. I appreciate it. This seems to be a nice and small community of PMC users and fans. Happy to have joined.

I have about 100 hours of break in on my Fact 8s. I do love the detail I am hearing, the mids and highs are great. I am still hoping to hear more low end. The double bass is nice and articulate. But I am lacking more impact, they are still too lean. I have played with the positioning in my room. Bringing them closer to the back wall makes a difference but not as much, probably because of ATL design.

Has anyone had a chance to compare the 8s and 12s? or the twenty5.26s?

No compare, but twenty5.26s nearly came home with me recently...

keep playing with placement, you will find their sweet spot.

Also, make sure your room modes are contained, via room treatments if possible.

Very late coming to the PMC party, in fact so late, both sets of PMC speakers I have owned have been discontinued!

Started with OB1s in 2007 powered by a Bryston 4BSST, and now have PB1is powered by Canary CA-339 tube mono blocks. Very happy with the sound of my system.

Always wanted to try the EB1is, but alas, they're discontinued too!

There is only so much a small 5 1/2" driver can do.

That's true... Yet I am still very impressed with the amount of detail the Fact 8s deliver.. When I listen to the same music I've heard many times before I hear instruments and notes that were not as present before. I can pick them up and follow melodies with ease. The separation of instruments is fantastic. Such sweet sound. The speakers disappear. Fact 8s are my first exposure to PMCs, they are great.. I wonder about the Fact 12s..

Hi Dan, yes I am aware of your great passion for the EB1is as I have been reading some the archived posts in the PMC forum. Glad to see that you are still enjoying them (and your Mc amps!).
