Dean...that's a beautiful loveseat, congrats on your purchase. It will look wonderful in your first class listening room.

You can make up for ear height issues by tipping the speakers back a little using metal washers as spacers on your front spikes. Sometimes you can hear big differences by listening with your ear pointed at speakers starting at chair cushion height and coming up slowly

I use to have a lazy boy recliner which caused lower back pain. It was me, not the chair. Now, I have a Ekornes and no pain. It fits my medium frame body well but it took a few weeks to get use to it. My body had to get use to the angle/position which one sits in it. I really can see how it's not for everyone. Strange beast.

Dean, did this ever come together?

Yes and no. We reordered the love seat in Slate, which is sort of a distressed black. We decided the brown leather wasn't going to work as well in that room. The Slate will match perfectly, especially with all that black Naim gear.

It's a custom order, so it will still be a month or two before it gets delivered. Once we have it I will post pictures.

Sound like a good change, looking forward to seeing it.

Has anyone used an Eames Lounge Chair or a Barcelona Chair for listening?
I know they are stylish, but I wonder if they are adequate for long-term use.

I would like to see a love seat sized listening chair that swivels 360 degrees or is reversible so you could sit on one side or other. I saw this in a London furniture store once.

I have an Eames Chair in my living room, where our home theater is. It is a beautiful and comfortable chair, extremely well designed and executed. I love it. I love sitting in it. It's the perfect chair is there is one

I wish I could put the love seat version in my listening room, but it's too expensive.
