Nice, very nice. Mr. Levit certainly doesn't disappoint in this wonderful follow up to his amazing late Beethoven disc. He so clearly delineates the counterpoint and phrases so beautifully. Superb sound, too.

Listening to Chopin from the excellent box of 11 discs by a master interpreter of Chopin's gorgeous piano music.
Artur Rubinstein - The Chopin Collection Early in the morning and I wanted to hear some gentle piano music, so I selected disc #1 - Nocturnes Opus 9, 15, 27 & 32 and was rewarded by some of the prettiest, nicest, most gentle piano music extant. The playing is terrific, the sound excellent. This is a superb set of CDs and a perfect way to get a huge collection of the music of Chopin at a most reasonable price - 11 discs for $28.69, currently on Amazon.

Pulled out another excellent box set .. . The Tokyo String Quartet Plays Beethoven - The Complete String Quartets
Listening to Disc 3 - String Quartet No. 3, String Quartet in C Major Glad I found this one . . . 9 CDs of the Complete String Quartets of the most prolific Herr Beethoven. Beautifully played, exquisite sound. Beethoven's quartets by lesser players can get a little squeaky - but not here - an excellent box set of this great music. Unbelievable . . . this set of 9 discs is currently available on Amazon for $15.99 - http://www.amazon.com/Beethoven-Comp.../dp/B008BOWG7C

After reading a rather bad review of this in the new issue of Gramophone after I ordered it, I was afraid I had made a mistake: I hadn't! Maybe he doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve as much as some would like, he's no MIDI file, either! I hear plenty of emotion along with intellectual rigor. Outstanding sound.
