Been listening to a Luxman SQ-N10 (10wpc of EL84 power) pushing my 1008BeIIs for the past few months and is a very pleasant combination.

Presently using a Dennis Had-built single-ended Inspire KT88 amp. producing about 15 wpc, to drive my Focal Aria 906 bookshelf speakers in a small system setup. Wonderful on vocals and simple arrangements.

I am sure it is awesome , just been to a presentation of Chord cables, they used Focal Sopra No.2 and Naim and it was really good. I also heard Sopra No.3 with the Naim Statement and waouuuu.

Very nice. Hope you did not have to move that gear upstairs to that listening space by yourself.

Thanks YB-2. No I am not as young as I want to be anymore. I hired 2 Men and a Truck as they offer a service for moving furniture and/or equipment in your house. BTW here is a photo of the same room prior to conversion with older home theater and musical instruments in storage. Followed by a photo post-conversion.
