Never heard a Boulder product.
They seem magnificently built.
Alas not very common here (unobtainable because of taxes/transport?).

The Utopias in that room were well balanced. They imaged very well and the sound was clean and transparent. I would have no problem having them in my listening space (LOL) except for the overall imposing size!!! Having said that they looked right at home in the impressive Boulder factory listening space!

They make beautiful and great sounding amps. and Preamps. . I’m surprised Ivan doesn’t already have a system . I heard them with Strads and the were fantastic

I’ve heard boulder now in four different systems. There hasn’t been one time where I haven’t listened to boulder and been like holy s*** I need to get this.

Never heard any brand of electronic at any price point be so authoritative and transparent. The way that the amps grip the speakers is unlike anything I’ve ever heard. Too bad they cost so much!
