I notice when I have a coax interconnect between my PWD and my music server, the connection gets locked and a green buttom is displayed on the PWD. If I want to make a USB connection, the USB connection is not recognized and the lock button stays red unless I disconnect the coax cable first. Is there a way to work around this so I can have a coax and a USB component connected at the same time even though only one at a time will be used?
I don't know if this matters but my PWD Mk II will be transformed into a DirectStream Sr. in a few days as the PWD upgrade kit will be arriving today. Thanks.

I figured it out. As long as one connection is locked, you have to unlock the other. I had the coax connection locked but had to disconnect the coax cable in order to lock the USB input.
