At today's USD/Y exchange rate, that would equate to $33K but of course you should add a premium to pay for US importer as well as dealers so I would not be surprised if local US pricing is closer to $50K for the pair. I have always wanted to hear what Accuphase Class A amps sound like

Great looking amps. Would look even better with meters instead of digital display. I bet you need an AC unit or two to keep these babies cool.

Even the "small" A65 sounds glorious. The best SS amp I ever heard.

Agreed Stephen. There is something special with class A. The music flaws in an obvious way.

I am pleasantly surprised that I guessed the model name correctly although Accuphase's nomenclature is farly predictable!

But may be it is a sign that I need to buy a pair or is this stretching it a little?
