it is hard to find a role that Daniel Day-Lewis, has done poorly. He is just amazing, and makes any movie he stars in utterly enjoyable to watch.....

Rock
As you say he is always amazing. Sometimes he is so good (at being bad) that is is difficult to enjoy the movie. Examples, There Will Be Blood and Gangs of New York.

How sad is it that I haven't seen ANY of these movies yet? And even more sad that I have over half of them on Blu-Ray sitting on my shelf...

'In the Name of the Father', 'The Boxer', 'The Last of the Mohicans'; three more great flicks with Daniel.

It's OK, me too I have a bunch not yet viewed. ...Just not from that list though, but much better.
...Except for 'Life of Pi'; that one is/was good.

I also watched Seal Team Six yesterday and had already seen Zero Dark Thirty.

I liked ZD30 much better. STS started the movie at the point of finding the compound and I did not care for all the wasted time of interviews and documentary style or the personality conflicts added in.

It was interesting how many of the scenes in one movie take place in time completely different in the other.

'Zero Dark Thirty', and 'Argo' too, are both my second choice.
But if I had to pick only one, out of these two; it would be ZDT.

- You and I seem to agree closely enough on movies, in general.
