Seen Top Gun Maverick twice now. First time was in “Gold Class” (a 32 seat cinema with luxury recliners, small cropped screen, the worst sound system you could hear at a cinema, lights washing out the screen image and waiters relentlessly walking in and out serving food and drink… all that for a premium price). I only attended this disgusting excuse for a cinema to celebrate a friends birthday. Didn’t enjoy the film that much.
Today I saw it at IMAX! WOW… what a different experience! The sound, the cinematography and the IMAX sequences just brought the movie to life! Thoroughly enjoyed it the second time!
What a difference your movie experience makes depending on the theatre you see it in! Highly recommend IMAX for this one!
