Krell S1200U 3D Software Upgrade

I'm not within several hundred miles of a Krell dealer and it appears that my S1200U 3d is running a pretty old version of software. Does anyone know a contact at Krell or other place that can assist with getting this upgraded? I sent Krell an email 10 days ago and got zero responses. I sent the same email a few days later and still no response. I just want to upgrade the software as it appears to address some HDMI issues that I'm having.

Appreciate any thoughts or assistance.
