Re-Machined - A Tribute to Deep Purple's Machinehead
Anybody who grew up listening to these guys needs to check this one out.
Carlos Santana (playing Smoke on the Water!) Chickenfoot (Sammy Hagar, Satriana et.al) Metallica Bonnamassa playing a GREAT version of Lazy Flaming Lips Steve Vai and more I was listening to Lazy, cranked up (of course) and didn't notice my wife in the doorway until the song was over. She was shaking her head, telling me "Your ears are going to bleed'. i said, "You have to turn it up. That's how this is supposed to be played! I think it's part of the pact I made when I bought the CD".

Lazy, by Deep Purple, is my all time favorite track in multi-channel format. It's my #1 go-to demo song. The way the audio gets thrown around all channels at the beginning is pure bliss I have the DVD-A version of Machinehead. Incredible audio engineering.
Sorry I'm chiming in so late in this thread.
