Interesting interview with Alex Albon, Williams F1 Driver
The High Performance guys do two really good interviews with Alex Albon, F1 driver for Williams F1. Personally, I've been really impressed with what James Vowles and Alex have done since arriving at Williams. A few years ago, under Claire Williams' poor management and lack of leadership, the Williams F1 team was consistently finishing in...last place. Last year, Alex was able to garner a 7th place, points paying finish. Quite an improvement, thanks to James' leadership and talented drivers like Alex. Alex has got some great insights as he's gotten older, and now has gained some wisdom.
