Default Relentless (back) in Seattle

The marquee showroom at this years Music Matters event put on by Definitive Audio in Seattle saw the return of the relentless amps. They were part of a system that was valued near $1M and also included two momentum amps driving Wilson subsonic speakers as well as the momentum pre , the dcs Vivaldi stack, Transparent magnum opus cables and more

Needless to say even in the relatively small listening room it sounded fantastic

Here are a few pictures

That's some real horsepower, but I don't understand the arrangement. My understanding is that 4 power amps are needed, one for each speaker and one for each subwoofer.

If you blow up the image and look at the narrow space between each Alexx and Subsonic, you'll catch a glimpse of the copper heat sink on the M400s used to drive the Subsonic.

I heard the same setup in Houston but instead of the Alexx and DCS stack, it was an MSB Select ii and XLF with duel Thors not the new ones. Very powerful in the most delicate way.
