I was an Audiophile for many years. When we bought my last home I did not have a place for a dedicated audio setup, and went with a multi room audio video setup. We made our master bedroom into a home theater with a 106" screen with all of our audio and video equipment in a rack in our closet. It worked nicely but wasn'the quite what I wanted. When we bought our current home I wanted a dedicated theater but didn'the know where to put it so we went with a 134" screen in the living room. We used it for 2 years until I decided to convert the garage into a dedicated home theater with a 195" AT scope screen.

I have a 5.1 setup, but nothing too fancy. A Dune HD max media player hooked up to DIY power amps, some pretty Dali speakers for my front, a smaller bookshelf version of my front speakers as my rear, a Dali zensor vokal center channel (it gets the job done fine), and a Velodyne CHT-15R sub.
