Half the Sinn watches have the stem on the left and half on the right. What's up with that? Simple as left-handed & right-handed?

First watch was a TAG Targa Florio (high likelihood you've never seen one... I know I've only ever seen one, mine) and second, 5 years later was a TAG Grand Carrera Grand Date GMT. I'll post pics in the other thread when I'm able to post pics.
Thought I'd be on the "every 5 years plan" then had Kid #1 and now Kid #2 is 2 months away. So, in about 19 years (or is it 23?) I have no idea what I will want next. I like the idea of not seeing the same watch everywhere I go, but I'm not into the ultra-fancy stuff. I think a TAG Monaco (blue) would be nice. I'm a Steve McQueen fan... but I'd like to get a different brand and not be a TAG guy exclusively. This is what I want next, this week... next week it'll change. |

I'm a big fan of the new Rolex Deep Blue Deep Sea Dweller. It's a great tribute to the amazing diving into the deep pacific by James Cameron.
Hard to get this piece, was on waitlist for about 6 months. https://www.rolex.com/watches/sea-dw...6660-0003.html

Finally got a hand assembled/polished original movement watch courtesy of C.Ward. The C9 Harrison 43mm. Unasked for, they gave me £750 off the price buying from the shop. 120 hr power reserve, museum quality sapphire. Provenance? Well, it was their first watch with their original m/ment, and it has shades of a JLC master control, and they were only 12 years old once too!
As far as wants, there remains the 50 fthms, and the VC PC 85150, but I'm also kind of looking for a Chrono. C.Ward also do a single pusher with column wheel but it uses the same m/ment as my skeleton, and they also do a svelte quartz. I also like the '16 diver line by Omega ( Planet Ocean?), and I liked the now gone ltd edition blue Speedmaster, from the Sputnik/ Viking rocket years, afore the over subscribed MOTM. |

Ulysses Nardin.....mmmmmmmmm
They make some nice horological pieces. This looks like a tamed-down Freak. I almost bought one in Denmark 13 years ago. Still bummed yet kinda happy I didn't. |
