Before And After Cleaning Pics
Being fairly bored this morning I decided to pull out my old (and very cheap) USB microscope and have a very unscientific experiment. So,...
I pulled an old copy of Led Zepplin "Houses Of The Holy" that has been very, very well played (by its prior owner) and likely never cleaned. I have 4 other copies of this LP and would never let my stylus get close to this copy. Here it goes. The first 2 pics are before and after at low magnification and the second 2 pics are before and after at high magnification. The record cleaning was done quickly on my VPI 16.5 RCM using L'art Du Son cleaning solution and rinsed with regular Walmart brand distilled water.
