Default Incredible craving....

During my busy workday I have to say that I honestly crave my system. My room is a dedicated listening room, music only. I have had many stereo systems in my life, but this current system is truly satisfying. Maybe the combination of a private listening room and great equipment has stirred something up. We all have our rewards and I must say my music is currently on the top of that list.

....I'm off tomorrow so I'm going album shopping. My wife buys shoes and I buy LP's.

I know what you mean. I actually find myself spending too much time in my listening room but it is hard to leave.

It such a simple pleasure, it could never be too much time.

I posted yesterday that I bought a brand new 180g copy of The Wall 2011 Remastered and it sounded fantastic. I don't mind the little tick once in a while, but all my other LP's are a disaster. I'm pretty sure my old $10.00 TT messed them up. I also bought a few used LP's the other day and although they looked good, they were almost as bad as mine.

But I must say I think (time will tell) I'm enjoying the LP sound better. Not sure how much of this is novelty or just being different, as I said only time will tell.
