Thanks. It sounds great and is a perfect match for the Herron phonostage, which is designed to run with no loading for cartridges that can work that way. Keith Herron also really liked how it sounds unloaded in my system. Response is very fast, lots of air. I can hear all kinds of nuances, even with complex, richly textured music. My dealer and Musical Surroundings did a great job getting me sorted for this upgrade.

Lyra Delos - The cartridge to beat under 3k or maybe higher. Personally I prefer it to the Kleos.

Have you compared the Delos to the Ortofon Cadenza Black or Clearaudio Concerto? No sarcasm intended, just wondering if you've had the chance to compare them.

I compared the Delos and the Ortofon Cadenzas and I purchased the Ortofon Cadenza Bronze. The Bronze has just a touch of warmth and sweetness that the Black lacks (or it could be said that the Black is a bit more detailed,) so depending upon the balance of your system one may be preferred over the other. I also found the Bronze provides an extremely quiet background tracking the grooves, much of the surface noise that I thought was on my records vanished. Highly recommended! The Delos is a very good performer also, but I had a strong preference for the Cadenza series.
