Question: why the hell are they in a ziplock baggie?

I mean, seriously. Those are pricey cables. WW should be stepping up.

Jim... Yes, no more flat cables, except the power cords. These are third from the top, Gold Eclipse & Platinum Eclipse being the best.

They come in a nice carryall zip up. The plastic bags further protect them inside the carryall.

And, to another question they sound terrific. Replaced my MIT Magnum 1s, which have sounded wonderful for years. More transparent, no pun intended. And, no more clunky boxes. Haven't heard the solid silver models but these have to be the best value in the line.

for the "speaker version" I try a pair of the version Silver Eclipse 6 (the dealer dont have the serie 7 at home...)

Another note on the packaging, I see they have the "wire split covers" wrapped in protective foam. I wish they wrapped foam around the plugs on the interconnects. My platinum interconnects arrived with many chips and nicks on the carbon plugs. It seems an oversight to not protect the merchandise inside when using such a nice case or carryall.
