Roger, for my system, I switched my WW Silver Eclipse interconnects, between my CDP and pre amp, to the new AZ Absolute Copper interconnects and really liked the AZ's better. Unfortunately the AZ's are more expensive. I did like the WW Silver Eclipse's better than my previous cables. With different components, I may prefer it the other way around. I just went with which ones sounded better to me for my system

I decided to purchase a couple of pairs of WW Silver Eclipse 6 ICs. They are in the system now and I am satisfied I made the right decision.

The sound of all WW loom cables is very musical and relaxing with a lot of detail, full, balanced tone, accurate acoustic timbre and abundant soundstage clues.

With good sources I can now just relax and enjoy my listening sessions without analyzing the sound!

I can confirm these characteristics. Connected between my Meitner MA-2 and Accuphase E-460 I enjoy my new WW Platinum Eclipse XLR every day more and more. Even a bit more detail than the Gold Eclipse 6, without becoming analytical.
