I will be purchasing a Sigma XC v2 to connect my Denali 6000 S v2 to my CopperConn wall outlet.

I may have the opportunity to purchase a second Sigma XC v2. What is the downside of using the second Sigma XC for my Audio Note OTO integrated amp. I've seen multiple recommendations to go with the Sigma NR v2 for digital and analog components, but is the Sigma XC v2 only meant for the Denali or Everest?

The Sigma XC has no noise reduction (NR) built in, because it is designed specifically for power distributors such as the Denali & Everest that contain their own noise reduction. The "NR" versions (Delta, Alpha, Sigma) are recommended for use with components, whether or not they are plugged into the Denali or Everest. For digital-only devices (no analog in or out), Shunyata recommends using the Venom V14 Digital, as it's filters are specifically designed for digital-only circuits, & are therefore more effective with those devices than the "NR" cords.

Thanks Crumhorn... thanks for your input. I will be patient and wait until I can find a demo or trade-in of the Sigma NR for my integrated amp.

Has anyone had a dramatic improvement from switching to a Shunyata cable on their turntable? I have a Lenco L75 with a modified plinth that currently has a run of the mill cord attached to it. I never thought it made much difference what cord I used for my turntable... maybe I should rethink that?
