Not for the $ but for the principal of the deceptive false representation of their product. Attorneys always get the large piece. They may get $290,000, original plaintiffs $10,000, the rest of us get a choice of full refund (return the product) or cash/coupon. In the end it will cost MoFi/MD some skin.
In “King of Torts” the attorney got his due in the end.

It looks like that if you submit a claim, you have the choice of full refund, 5% Payment return or 10% coupon to spend with MoFi. You will need to submit your receipts showing purchase or ship your records back. They will email a return label. Personally I will just keep the few albums I bought and not file any claim. It will take more time to locate the receipts if I even can than it will be worth it and many of the albums I have were bought used. When this whole issue came up, it never really bothered me. The few albums I had, sounded really great to me regardless of the source material.

Doesn't full refund require you to return the LP? Even at MoFi's expense, still a hassle.
Don't see any winners here ($290K is chump-change to most attorneys).
