OK, I'm breaking down and want to buy a projector, what else do I need?

If you are in the mid 20k range, the Sim2 stuff is hard to beat. Just needs a very serious screen & ISF-qualified calibration.

May I ask which Mitsubishi projector you have? I am also in the market for a 1080p projector but my budget is 3k or less. I am considering all the usual suspects from Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Epsom, JVC etc etc.

My Mitsubishi projector is not being made anymore however I would strongly recommend this one Home Theater: Mitsubishi HC7000 LCD Projector based on my experience they make fabulous projectors.
