Love the look! Wish I had that much room to spread out my gear.

Thanks again everyone. It took two years to plan out. COVID and moving into a new home kind of slowed us down a little. But it’s was worth waiting for. Thanks again.

Many Thanks. While I considered subs prior to hearing the M3s in my room, I’m not sure I will get a set now. Even my dealer is even saying I don’t need them.

The M3s are absolutely incredible by themselves. The bass is detailed and yet musical. The soundstage is huge. They just disappear and allow the music to envelop you. The Magico’s feel as if they are transporting me to the best seat in the house at the venue.

However, they won’t be broken in until the end of February. And we haven’t pulled the MPod pins yet either. When pulled we expect another layer of goodness; more resolution and better focused imaging. This is supposed to impact the soundstage as well, but I’m not sure that will improve based upon what I’m already hearing…

So things may change. At that time we may determine that subs are needed. If I do get a set for the M3s it would probably be a set of a Magico S Subs or REL Carbon Specials. The Q subs are too large for my current space. My friend’s RELs and Magicos sound great together, but I think for synergy I would lean towards the Magicos. A larger dedicated room is being considered, but that would include M6s and Q Subs.

Thanks again.

You need to pull those pins NOW! I was present when a friend with M3s pulled the pins, and it became a whole new speaker. Far improved in every way possible! Do it!
