It's not about the #of TV's it's about the # of sources. 4K HDR is not going to be limited to 4K HDR movies, it's going to become a spec of gaming as well so there will be 2 separate game consoles one could have, the Xbox One S and I'm sure the soon to be announced upgraded PS4 will support 4K HDR gaming as well.

Indeed, it keeps the SP3 relevant for those that don't want immersive 3D audio but do want to upgrade their video equipment to play 4K HDR content.

I agree, good point. As far as ATMOS and DTX or whatever, ceiling speakers are overkill no matter what its benefits.

No update yet other than the current board is 4K and input 8 is 2.2

I would continue to hold on if I were Bryston just in case you many have to include Dolby Vision.
