Glenn,

What is in the cases on the floor on the left side? Guitars or firearms? Sorry to be nosey. I like guitars even though I can't play one.

Wish I could play a guitar. Gun & scope cases. I shoot BPCR & rimfire silhouette as well as the occasional F-Class and bullseye match, along with sporting clays. Seems like everytime I purchase a gun it comes with a case. They are empty as there is a gun-safe internally bolted to the floor tucked in between the two shelves behind the gun cases. The work-benches I mentioned that are at the other end of my listening space are primarily for reloading and casting bullets and other gun maintenance, along with some stereo work (recapping old 2B-LP Bryston amps, etc.).

Not optimal when putzing around at my workbenches, but I'm not listening seriously then in any event.
What kind of bike do you have? Noticed the wheel sets.

Bryston, of course. An '87 Paramount (owned since new - repainted by the Waterford plant in '97) w/10-speed Campy, Lemond Poprad w/9-speed DA & a hardtail MTB that I haven't been on in years. Until I got a new hip 2yr ago I rode 4-5000mi per year. Now I go to the gym. One new hip is plenty.

Steve - Very nice set-up. What is your gear list? Is that a Rega 25? Are those video-tapes on the right wall? Look to be too large for DVDs.

Bryston: 7B-SST x 2, 6B-SST, 3B-SST, SP3, BDA-1, BDP-1, BIT20
OPPO 103, cable box
Rega 25 with Monolithic phono amp and power supply
Older Gen. B&Ws x 7
Panasonic AE-7000

The right wall, with the exception of no Laser discs, is a library of video formats: a few remaining VHS, W-VHS, D-VHS, DVD, DVD-HD, Blue Ray (That stuff needs to be cleaned out)
