I could transfer the Bifrost under my headphone amp, the Valhalla on the bed table. They are excatly the same size.

Just ordered the Octave, Adam. So will compare it to the Bifrost but the Bifrost will be perfect in my bedroom.

The revews I read say it all.
And I'm always very glad to buy something from the Netherlands, for many many reasons. ( but NOT for Pot smoking or prostitution ! )
This country has a very special place in my heart.

Jerome, I'll be interested in your impressions of the Octave. It is one DAC that I was considering but it has no USB port so I crossed it off my list. I know there are work arounds regarding its inputs. If you think it's something special I may have to reconsider...

AA is probably one of the only place where we post something about a gear we jut bought, and are directed to buy something else, and we do !

I've had the Bifrost in the system for a few weeks now, love it!

I also opted out of the usb, wrong.

Mine is back at Schiit today getting the USB module installed. Hope to have it back next week.
