Anna.......For an individual who doesn't consider herself an audiophile, you certainly managed to convey all the right information in your comments about enjoying the new Bryston amplifier experiences with your music. I enjoyed reading your opinions, and find myself pleased for you and DH. There are few experiences that provide as much long term satisfaction as a high-end sound system that thrills you each time you press the play button. Your brother's wonderful generosity is highly commendable, too.

"Golden Ear"? now that is a new one to us! My last post was just to share our own at-home experience and not to "answer" any review, hope that was OK.

Thanks for the support and yes, my big brother is earning himself lots of "credits" at home .

I cannot claim to be an audiophile simply because I have never paid much attention to it. My brother and father are the ones on a constant quest for that extra something in their stereos. This will most likely change now with all the new equipment in our own house. It is one thing to hear them at his house and at my parents' house but to have them in our own home, it is a totally new experience. If ever we need to replace something due to old age, it would turn into a merry hunt. Would I become like my brother or father then? Only time will tell .
