I am giving the answer: spreading of personnel (military and civil administratives). Kremlin afraids response from 2 US submarines equipped by rockets with reduced nuclear warheads (analog of land based tactical nuclear rockets).

Forthcoming agreement between Ukraine and RF:
Kremlin extremely requires "to improve" his positions on those negotiations.

I know that most people in civilized countries are not ready now to accept thoughts about usage of russian tactical nukes. But the entire world will see everything. It's payment for feeding the Russian Beast and doing nothing from 2007 (famous Munich speech of V.Putin).

Most probably it will be only Ukranian territory, then Kremlin will throw ultimatum to Ukraine and Western World. I don't care what will do western political pussies, Ukraine will not capitulate entirely/will not fall right now, but Ukrainian positions on negotiations will be changed properly. What will be later, in few years - I have thoughts.

Will the local nuclear conflict raise to planet Armageddon?

ZSU stays on distance less than 30 kms from City.
Rumours say that City will be liberated in few days, in any day starting from 18-Mar-2022.
No russian Military units inside of City, only russian police forces.

Overall military situation in Ukraine.

Orcs are stopped everywhere.

They don't have supplies, moral level is low or very low, ability to fight with ZSU show only few fresh sub-divisions, who didn't yet get doubtfull pleasure to be familiarized closely with all kinds of Ukrainian Forces and partisans.

Orcs changed style of their actions completely and terrorizing civilians.
Actually it's their famous style, they are able to fight only with unarmed civilians and chickens on Ukrainian farms.

The most difficult and terrible situation is at Mariupol City, it's already behind humanitarian catastrophe.

Thanks for posting daily; I truly believe this won’t go on much longer.

Ukrain is already Victorious, however at a great deal of loss, pain and suffering.

I truly wish that I could do more.

Russian Empire should be ruined, it's pure evil and looks like the entire World begins to understand this simple truth.
