The 6H30 is a dual triode, so I presume the balance that they refer to is the matching of each triode within the individual 6H30.
I suppose that we will be good to go, putting one pair in V1/V2, and the other pair in V3/V4. Once you have installed your new tubes, let us know if the system sounds better to your ears. And, did you opt for a set of Upscale's upgraded tubes: the ARC select, Platinum, or cryo treated?

I got the ARC select with cryo. I have about 75 hours of burn-in time on the new tubes in my REF 5SE. My old tubes had over 3000 hours on them and I was starting to notice that the sound had developed just a little bit of a harsh edge. I find that's typical of tubes that are starting to deteriorate. I listen mostly to classical music and it was particularly noticeable on violins. With the new tubes the harshness is pretty much gone and there is improved transparency to the sound.
