Pictures with my new Leica M8 + Summicron lenses

Guys, thank you all for the kind feedback. I do miss my regular rendezvous with you on this forum - we went through a lot of interesting discussions together.

I did try to get fired up again about talking audio - just to have a reason to hang around with this great bunch of folks - but it's simply not there these days. And if there's something worse than not being here, it would be to be faking it. I think I've done a pretty good job of saying what I had to say and sharing what I thought was worth sharing with my reviews and - perhaps - some of my more substantive posts. I simply don't think I have much to add or the passion that I find necessary to contribute.

I was very happy by the response to my post in the photo forum - it means that there's serious interest in photography.

Life is a journey Alberto. My interests come and go, strengthen and weaken too. Personally, I like it that way. Variety. I left audio for about a year just a while back. Got in to photography in a very big way. I love riding Harley's but left that for about 2 years and now I'm back in to it also. I recently purchased a 2010 Harley CVO ULtra. In fact, I think I'll post some photos of it soon as well.

Stop by to say hi once in awhile and keep those photos coming. It appears you are "focused" on photography in your life right now. Enjoy! It's a fantastic hobby too.

By the way, I really enjoyed your high quality videos on youtube.

Thanks Howie. I currently have a Leica 28mm f/2.0 Summicron and a 50mm f/2.0 Summicron. They are amazing lenses ... but McIntosh priced .

My wife: "Can't you find yourself a hobby that does not cost a fortune. Like building models using toothpicks?" She was laughing, but she had a point.

Very nice work! I too vasilate back and forth between audio & photography. I just recently had my Canon EOS 5D converted to a black & white infrared unit and will focusing my work in that genre for the near future.
