JL Choices ?

I'm listing this question here because I'm only interested in a JL sub and wanted to keep the answers focused on that brand. I'm looking between a Used F213 and a used/new F212 v2. To be used for HT / Stereo about 20% / 80% usage. My room is 24' x 30' with a ceiling hight of 16'. My mains are custom built using all Seas drivers from the excel line, 2 x 10"woofers 2 x 7" mids and soft 1 soft dome tweeter. Any thoughts between those 2 subs would be appreciated.
