Technically it's what's in my glass "today" but I'm cooking for a dinner party, got a Firestone Walker's Reserve Porter. Making a sauce with a ruby port, so I've been sneaking a few sips of the leftover port too.

When we're at my parents in law, there is always something special.
Some time ago, my father in law found a bottle of cognac of '45.

Tonight we shared a bottle of Saint-Estèphe Grand Cru Classé, Calon-Ségur, of '76, a bit over the top already, but oh so nice!



When you look closely, you see they made bottles of 73 cl then...
