New Favorite IPA

Hopslam. Brewed in MI.

I got a great deal on a case of Widmer's "Hopside Down" - which is an IPA style wort, but fermented cold with a lager yeast. I've seen a few of these hitting the market lately, namely the Sam Adams IPL. Pretty good brew.

My nearby brewer Solemn Oath is making some interesting, non "official beer category" beers. Pretty creative and different.

Had one of the Green Flash West Coast IPA's tonight at a Flying Saucer in Sugarland TX. Nice beer! I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I didn't see it referenced here.
