Did other folks see the most recent amp Dennis is producing? The IFA-1 or "Inspire Fun Amplifier"; 5 + watts per channel, 6V6 output tubes, 6EU7 input driver and 80 rectifier. He also recently produced an EL84 based "Fire-Bottle" amp using a quad of EL84s and a 6922 input driver.

I saw those too, he had those along with another 45 amp for sale in the past week. It's great to see him showing off some new models!

Shipping delays... I was hoping to have this before the weekend but...

So just wondering how these Dennis Had Single Ended design amps compare to others you have owned.
I currently have a RCA console pull 5 watt el84 SEP that was updated w/new caps, resistors and wiring. It is pretty sweet.
I also have a pair of George Wright AU30 monoblocks 300b push pull amps that are putting out 30 very loud watts (seems like more). Nice.
Lastly I also have in my possession a 300 watt digital NCore based amp that rocks!
I have had also had a Yaqin MC-10L el34 tube integrated that was suprisingly good. In addition I had a Conrad Johnson MF2200 SS amp.

So while I wait I was wondering about how the Sweet 807 will stack up.

Preamp is Conrad Johnson PV12a that has been upgraded.

Audio Fun!!

Oh, memory lane!

I can't compare to any other single ended as the Inspire is the only one I have had. But, it is the best amp I have ever had. In the past, other than AVRs: emotiva, C-J Premier 11A, C-J LP-125M monos, C-J 2250 and 2300A solid state, Bel Canto Ref 1000M monos.

I thought I would have the 11A for life. I didn't want to listen to it after getting the Inspire!

.......Peter

Wow!! I am getting really excited now! Those are some real heavy hitters you have had and the fact that you feel the Inspire is the best says a lot! Anticipation!!!
