Resurrecting an old thread here. Walakalulu, I noticed you used to own the Dali Helicon 400 mkii but then upgraded to the Magico V2. I am currently considering buying either of the two. The V2's are a demo pair and I could get them for quite a bit less than normal retail but I am also quite impressed with the Dali's and, as you know, are cost less than the Magico's. Having owned both speakers could you please give me your impressions? I am very impressed with the imaging and soundstage of the Dali's but the transparency and detail of and the V2's is astounding.
I currently have a ARC LS17 SE Pre and Bryston 4B SST2 amp.
