Congrats on your Bryston gear. I also look forward to hearing about your listening experiences.

Congrats Serge !
The Bryston and SF theater set up should be wonderful. I am rather surprised of your choice of the Sophia 3 for your 2 channel set up and not the Sashas. Waiting for your review and comparison of both speakers....

Jerome, the room size is more appropriate for the Sophia 3 I think. Sasha is a phenominal speaker but Sophia 2 was no slouch either. The only small fault I could find with Sophia 2 was gone in Sasha. Sophia 3 is virtually a new mini Sasha, thus perfect for my needs at $10k cheaper. Oh yeah, I also enjoyed the rounder, fuller and more analog bass of Sophia 2 over the deeper and taughter bass of Sasha. I don't know if Sophia 3 will have bass similar to Sophia 2 since it has a much stronger magnet now.

Nope but having owned Sophia 2 and Sasha, researching the changes in Sophia 3 and talking to a Sophia 3 owner, I am confident I will not be disappointed. This will be the first time I purchased a speaker without having heard it though.
