I received the box, listening to CD1, definitely not for the sonics but the musicianship is great and the chronological sorting of the recordings together with the explanatory booklet are very educational, thanks for that recommendation Bart

Live in front of Notre Dame last week. Jean Baptiste Franc on piano with a great trumpet & bass player. They did a terrific job in the plaza in front of Notre Dame. Jean said he will be in Princeton on Oct 1 and we are looking forward to seeing him in the USA.
