Klipsch Reference RW-12d opinions?

I can get them at 300 shipped, are they worth it? I was thinking 2, but if 1 works then I'd only get one. They would go beside my B&W803d's and ran on my Mac MX150 in a ~20x20 room attached to the kitchen. I know they aren't as high end as the B&W's but just trying to get some low end with movies and music. Or any other recommendations for $600?

Are you sold on the klipsch? A good friend of mine does custom AV work and he
has stopped using Klipsch subs. Poor performance. Try looking at REL or Velodyne models. Might cost you $800 for a pair but you'll be happier in the end.

Not sold on the klipsch, just newegg has them at 299 shipped, so it was an option. Trying not to spend too much on a sub in all honesty, I was eying the JL in the classifieds. But a little more than I want to spend

At $299 shipped, why not try one Klipsch and return it if you don't like the sub? If you do like it then order a second one...
