Default Running Springs Audio Dmitr vs Purepower 2000

Has anyone compared RSA Dmitri to Purepower 2000? I currently have a PPP for my front-end and am thinking about making a change. I realize RSA doesn't have battery backup. I'm interested in improvement of the sound, dynamics...

Jeff @ AV Solutions would be a good person to answer this as I know he has used both RSA and PP in his system...I believe he is using the RSA line in his system now.

Also I think Jeff tonepub loves the RSA conditioners. At some point I want to try one.

I've tried everything and the RSA's are still my favorite. Especially if you are trying to plug a big power amplifier in.

Most dealers will let you take one home for a demo. 5 min is all you need.

And for some odd reason, they seem to be even more magic with tube gear, though they are excellent with Solid State as well.

Suppose front end (source and preamp) and my amps are separated too far for one unit, what models recommended for source and amps? I'm not familiar enough yet with their offerings.

Thanks!

Joe

If funds permit then Dimitri for front end and Maxim or Dukes for amps.....The less cost Haley is nice but the level of your gear the Dimitri makes sense for the front end. The Jaco is also good but its more for medium size amps with a few sources.
