I applaud you and your family going but at the same time hope and pray for safe travels. IMO, fear is the objective and we can't allow them to change us.

We arrived in London yesterday. Fear is the name of the game, indeed. Life cannot stop due to these cretins. We just spent the entire day touring the city and had an excellent time.
I am looking out for white or black vans though... have two children and a wife to take care of.

Thank you so much y'all! We are having a true blast here in London. Today we made a day trip to Oxford. It was rainy and cold which I really enjoyed, truth be told.
Londonites have been so solicitous and friendly. What an exciting city.

The only negative so far was a single waiter at a restaurant that was petulant and insufferable. There always seems to be the one. Even so, i have to confess said waiter was NOT English, but of a neighboring European country nationality, so the locals are still batting 1.0 for the game so far.
Tomorrow is museum and concert day. Looking forward to it.

The Baltic is a nice cruise. Make sure you are awake early the morning you are entering Stockholm's harbor. It is a very impressive site to see all the very small inhabited islands at you approach the town.
