Not sure if your serious or not but hot water and steam are no no's for watches. In the long run I breaks down the rubber seal on the crown and. An allow moisture to enter the movement. In most cases this will void your warranty.

Really, I'm serious.
Obviously I'm talking about water resistant watches and steam baths where the temperature is no more than 48C°. I use to wear my Patek e my Rolex (the watches I wear more often) when I take a steam bath (almost everyday). Believe me, when I come out they look like new.
Never had a problem with warranty or their official assistance where I use to send them every few year for controlling and cleaning scratches.

Be gentle using tooth paste as a cleaner - it is more abrasive than one might think (witness rubbing out scratches on crystals).

Also be careful with using soap on the face and crown area...... soap reduces the surface tension of water and will allow it to enter openings in the watch more easily.
