Indeed! Think I would use the word VERY NICE as its too understated given the care and tedious attention Ron does to his wares!

Jim too had a "taste" of this awesome setup last year and seriously, once heard, seldom can one find other combo to match ... as after all, these "Titan Combos" are seldom in the same room to compete and compare.

At this category, its all about preference I suppose. Give me any one of these REFERENCE LEVEL setup's .... Burmester, MBL, McIntosh, and the itch stops for me for a long, long time. After all, I can never do such an upgrade every now and then, not to mention, the savor of their musical performance would take years to appreciate before "fatigue" sets in for a change!

I love MBL. I have seen their systems three times at shows. If I didn't already have McIntosh, I am sure I would have bought MBLs. Still I don't have McIntosh speakers so maybe one day in the future.

If you buy the Extremes do they come with the subwoofers- or are they an additional charge?

The subwoofers are in the price.

These are still the best speakers I have ever heard. Nothing comes close.

They do sound magnificent.

The level of space they give you is mindboggling - they disappear in the room with unbelievable ease.
