Listening to Volume 1 - Jean Sibelius - The Complete Orchestral Music
Symphony No. 1 in E minor, opus 39, Finlandia Op. 26:7 The Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra - Neeme Järvi, Conductor A BIS LP, Recorded in 1982 BIS produces some incredibly good recordings and this set of Sibelius orchestral music is excellent. A great orchestra, excellent conductor and the beautiful music of Sibelius combine to make a to-die-for set of records. I like it!

Listening to Bernstein Conducts Favorite Rossini Overtures New York Philharmonic Orchestra - Leonard Bernstein, Conductor. I have several different recordings (maybe 25) of this music and I think this Bernstein falls somewhere in the lower third. Not particularly exciting and not particularly recommended!
