We'll let you stay in the club if you promise to report back with long term comparisons. Enjoy!

Basically I’m tired of waiting and I’ve already had an MC275VI but never an MC462 so I thought I would give one a try. If I don’t like it, I can always go back to an MC275VI at a later date.
They got you, I knew it... !
Joking aside congratulations, I would have done the same and yes please keep us posted on your impressions.

I can’t wait to get the amp into the system. Due to where the amp is going, I have to do some fabrication because the shelf is too shallow for the feet of the amp so it might be a couple weeks to get that done. Once I do, I’ll post a pic.

Default MC275 club

Well it looks like I’m still an MC275 club member after all. My wife stepped in and convinced me not to get the MC462 so I cancelled the order and reinstated my MC275 order. Then I got some good news from my dealer today that an MC275 suddenly showed up so I went down this morning and picked it up. I’ve been letting it warm up all day and am now listening to it. It is so shiny and has that new amp smell. [emoji39]

It has been since Thanksgiving of last year that I had my stereo and I must say that I’m happy with this new MC275. It really does sound great. Tomorrow I’m ordering a complete set of Gold Lions for it to see what those tubes are all about.

Now THAT's a good wife! Curious--was it the 275's looks, sound, or her husband's ambivalence that caused her to step in?

The MC275MkVI is a classic design updated plus it is very special, too. Welcome to the club, now to learn the wave, handshake and the theme song.
