Major thanks to everybody!! I feel really good about this. I did not low ball my dealer. I made it a win win situation and they accepted my offer immediately. The formal contract will be signed and the check passed this Tuesday. I never make a large purchase like this without a written contract. It will specify an expected delivery date. Since these are An pieces I would expect that Mac has them in stock (hopefully). When I bought my XVX I actually enjoyed the anticipation and as long as it's not too long, I will enjoy the anticipation again. I worked a long time and waited very patiently for these pieces. I will not be replacing them. I somehow knew that my D1100 and MCT500 were not my final sources and pre. I somehow knew that my 1.25's, although superb, were not my final amps. My 3500's and 2.1KW are as is my XVX my final speaker. I will never be replacing any of this gear. That's why I truly belive that I have a cost effective system. I have exactly the final gear I want. I would not swap it even for any gear on the market. The high end is very personal. All you guys have superb systems. You have what you want or are waiting patiently to acquire it down the road.
Best Charles p.s. but I got my use out of my 1.25's and D1100/MCt500. I enjoyed them very much. They are all in perfect condition but over 5 years old. I will soon have if the creek don't rise an essentially completely current system that will stand the test of time for many years.

Big congrats on your purchase. What a system it'll be, not that it's not currently! What I was not sure is this: you will keep the MC3500 MKII and upgrade the subwoofer amp to the MC2.1KW? So you're buying only one, not two? Or you're buying stereo?
