Very happy for you and I believe having owned them, that you will enjoy them very much!

I cannot take credit for that music recommendation as that came from MatthewB!

@Mitchel - You should check out the Liquid track on the Spaces album. It's 24bit at 96kHz on Qobuz.

Please see my system thread "Built for the love of music" for more details on the install.

With respect to the Wavelet II, after getting speakers on the Townshend podiums finally placed and acclimated, the results out of Wavelet with both OMNIO and Room Correction engaged as well as no OMNIO, achieved any even better overall result than ever before....

Yes I did after having them in for a few days to get an ear for the sonic differences with having them.

After I ran the room sweeps and submitted them to the Boehmer site for re-calc of the room correction parameters, I have the best result I've had to-date, no doubt about it.

Excellent! I think I’m going to try the Gaia 1. I’m sure they won’t perform anywhere near the podiums but the price is within my reach and most places will let me return them if they don’t measure up.

Do the Valors have a driver or radiator facing downward? I’m concerned that adding bigger feet might raise the passive radiator up too high. I guess there’s one way to find out.

I think that's another good choice; someone I know in NY/NJ has AERIS and he too went with the Gaia 1 or 2 (from the larger capacity footers).

The Valor have an active 12" sub-bass driver firing downward, the second of the 2 such drivers, the first being the front firing 12" at the bottom of the front baffle. The 2 passive radiators on Valor are on the back of the speaker.
